Welcome to Louise Stevenson Celebrant

Hello! I’m Louise.

I craft ceremonies that are unique and personal. I would love to work with you to mark the important milestones in life...a wedding... naming ceremony... Funeral or celebration of life; LOVE will always be at the heart of what we create together.

I will make the journey as enjoyable and special as possible. Along the way, I will be as excited as you to build a day that is in tune with your personality and unique to the last detail. Don’t worry if you don’t know where to begin; I will guide you gently at your own pace until we are proud that what we have created together is a really good job. Along the way, we will laugh and cry and get to know each other really well.

Before training as a celebrant, I was a family law solicitor and then spent twenty years leading support for children with special educational needs. I love working closely with families to understand their needs and make a difference. Becoming a celebrant was the perfect role for me and I love what I do.

I am proud to have been trained by The International College of Professional Celebrants and I’m also accredited as a Coffin Club ‘Celebrant Plus’.

I work throughout the Peak District, including Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire
